SMARTER MODIFICATIONS ● SAFER LIVING ● TRUSTED CARE
We evaluate your entire home and develop personalized solutions
Bathroom Safety & Grab Bar Installation
The bathroom is one of the highest-risk areas in the home for falls and injuries. We create safer, more accessible spaces with thoughtfully designed grab bars, accessible showers, toilet support solutions, and other safety features that blend seamlessly into the home—providing greater confidence and independence without an institutional appearance.
Stairlift, Ramp & Lift Installation
Safe, comfortable movement throughout the entire home starts with eliminating barriers—from the front entrance to every room inside. We create integrated accessibility solutions that may include ramps, stairlifts, safer bathrooms, improved entryways, and other mobility modifications designed to help you move confidently throughout your home and remain there comfortably for years to come.
Kitchen Accessibility & Daily Living Upgrades
Make the spaces you use every day safer, easier, and more comfortable to navigate. Thoughtfully designed kitchen accessibility modifications can reduce unnecessary reaching, bending, and physical strain while improving mobility and independence. When coordinated with bathroom and whole-home accessibility improvements, these upgrades create a safer, more functional home designed to support you for years to come.
In-Person Home Safety Assessment
A Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) meets with you in your home to understand how you move through and use each space. We evaluate important factors such as comfortable reach, mobility, balance, height, grip strength, and everyday routines to identify practical improvements that can make your home safer, more accessible, and easier to navigate.
As an added benefit, clients referred by our participating clinical partners receive their Home Safety and Accessibility Assessment at no cost.

How We Help
Whole-Home Approach
Rather than addressing accessibility one product or project at a time, we take a whole-home approach. One accessibility specialist evaluates your needs, develops a comprehensive written plan, and coordinates solutions for entryways, stairs, bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces—creating a safer, more accessible home that works together as one complete system.
Local & Owner-Operated
Personal service starts with direct communication. You’ll work with a local accessibility professional who takes the time to understand your needs—not a national call center or an unfamiliar representative. 90-Day Fit Guarantee.
Installed with Confidence
Every accessibility feature we install is carefully positioned and adjusted for the individual who will use it. If something doesn’t feel right during everyday use, we’ll return within 30 days of installation to make necessary adjustments at no additional charge. For added peace of mind, our installation workmanship is backed by a written one-year warranty.
The Elevate Home AZ Approach
Every recommendation begins with understanding how you live and move throughout your home. We identify the barriers that matter most and prioritize practical, thoughtfully designed improvements that can have the greatest impact on your safety, comfort, accessibility, and independence.
-
Not sure what your home needs? Begin with a complimentary Home Safety Check by phone or video to discuss your concerns and identify potential solutions. If you already know the modification or project you need, schedule a complimentary In-Home Estimate to review the space, discuss options, and determine the next steps.
-
You receive a clear, personalized plan based on your home, your priorities, and your accessibility needs—with straightforward recommendations, transparent pricing, and realistic timelines. We focus on the improvements that provide meaningful benefits without recommending unnecessary work.
-
Every modification is installed with careful attention to safety, quality, and the needs of the person who will use it. Our team treats your home with respect, ensures everything works as intended, and remains available after installation for adjustments, questions, and continued support.
-
Your accessibility improvements should work comfortably for you in everyday life—not just on installation day. If an installed feature needs adjustment based on how you use it, we’ll return within 90 days of installation and make the necessary adjustments at no additional charge.
-
Our recommendations are guided by proven aging-in-place principles and your individual needs—not by the products we sell. We focus on practical solutions that support safety, mobility, independence, and long-term comfort in your home.
